Eretz Nehederet

Tarantino, the Oscar-winning Pulp Fiction director living in Israel with his wife Daniella Pick and their children, was portrayed in the opening skit showing how people head to shelters.

Wednesday’s Eretz Nehederet functioned as a kind of snapshot of the mood of the country, and managed, as it has in so many other times of crisis, to give people something to laugh about.

For the first time in memory, US Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth appeared on the Israeli sketch comedy to promote Operation Epic Fury as a movie.

The producers of the satirical sketch comedy brought back their mockery of Iran as its potential conflict with the US looms large.

Israeli satirical sketch comedy Eretz Nehederet's newest skit was the highlight of the show's entire season.

Eretz Nehederet shifted focus from Trump to a bunker-bound Khamenei, mocking Iran-US tensions, Israeli defense systems, and domestic politics amid mounting war anxiety.

As another day of tension over a possible US attack on Iran and Iran retaliation against Israel came to a close with no resolution, Eretz Nehederet, made fun of the absurdity of the situation.

The Next Star for Eurovision finale was extensively mocked during the show, with the judges criticizing each other and all their choices.

As it seems possible that a US attack on Iran may lead to another Iranian attack on Israel, there’s very little any of us can do except stock up on groceries and try to laugh about it all.

The sketch mocked the contentious relationship between the two, where the prime minister is often subservient to the president but pretends not to be.
