Fattal Group opened Terrace at Haifa’s Botanica Hotel, one of the few kosher restaurants in the area, offering a Mediterranean menu with Italian touches and views of the Bahai Gardens.

Holy, which turned kosher a year ago, has a great vibe, with tables outside in the warm Tel Aviv evening, and an attractive crowd of 30-somethings drinking excellent cocktails.
