A shelf item we never seemed to get enough of is now getting a double, rich and deep-flavored boost.
The yellow launch by Yad Mordechai, from Strauss, includes two versions of Dijon-style mustard, smooth and classic. The move is intended to upgrade everyday consumer products and thereby elevate home kitchen capabilities, and the two jars (350–370 grams) do exactly that, with balanced sharpness, good texture and a present yet non-overpowering character.
