Sirens sounded twice in Netiv Ha'Asara, a moshav where 14 civilians were killed two years ago by Hamas. The second time sirens sounded in the moshav on Tuesday was a false alarm, the IDF said.

Over 15 rockets were located at the scene by Israeli forces after receiving intelligence on their location.

"A few days after the war began, I decided to launch missiles at Tel Aviv in order to stop the war," the cell commander reportedly said.

This is the second discovery in the past few weeks; both incidents were reportedly “under Iranian direction,” according to security assessments.

The members of the terrorist cell were suspected of attempting to launch a rocket from the West Bank toward Israeli territory last week.

"We definitely know that this light streak was caused by a Long March 8 rocket,” said Hansjürgen Köhler from the UFO reporting center Cenap.

The State Department approved the sale of four M142 HIMARS, which are produced by weapons manufacturing giant Lockheed Martin, based in Texas.

The rocket fell approximately 250 meters from the aid distribution site adjacent to the Morag Corridor in the Rafah area.
