Plane crash in Colombia kills all 15 on board including lawmaker

A Satena flight from Cúcuta to Ocaña crashed in northeast Colombia, killing all 15 people aboard, among them local lawmaker Diógenes Quintero.

American Airlines jet, army helicopter collision result of 'multitude of errors,' NTSB members say
