Two men from Rishon Lezion and Jerusalem were arrested this week for allegedly threatening Prime Minister Netanyahu, one in person at a Tel Aviv military base and the other on social media.

The Western Galilee Police are conducting roadblocks and extensive searches to locate suspects.

A police spokeswoman reported that several passengers were severely injured and traffic officials are investigating the circumstances of the accident.

Haymanot Kasau’s family accused police of neglect nearly two years after she disappeared, telling MKs her case would be treated differently if she weren’t Ethiopian.

The order contained movement restrictions, including blocking Issam Jarushi's entry into the cities of Ramle, Lod, Haifa, Tel-Aviv-Jaffa and Jerusalem.

Jarushi is considered the lead suspect in the intense blackmailing of a money exchange business in southern Tel Aviv, police said at the hearing.

"A" was first approached about six months ago, after posting a scooter for sale online. An individual who expressed interest in the ad offered him a way to make quick money.

The ruling followed a civil lawsuit filed by the two demonstrators, who alleged they were assaulted during a protest in Caesarea.

They are suspected of fraud and embezzlement of public funds. Also held and questioned were a doctor, a lawyer, and a staffer at the NII. 

The Shin Bet has revealed that over the past year, it has investigated more than 20 separate incidents of classified information leaks from security agencies.

The Hostage Families Forum stated that the investigation was “superficial,” with facts that were “inaccurate at best, lies at worst.”
