Reports suggest that the body of 51-year-old Rabbi Nachum Israel Auer was found in a desecrated state, but investigators are still piecing together the details.

Local villagers, with the assistance of an Italian battalion of UNIFIL, replaced the IDF’s statue with one identical to the one that was broken.
