Kamisa Winery from the Upper Galilee is launching the COOL series – a collection of white and rosé wines characterized by a light, fresh, and balanced style, especially suited for the spring and summer seasons.

The new series is designed to offer quality and accessible wines (NIS 75), integrating into the local lifestyle and the Israeli table – suitable for hosting, social gatherings, or simply opening a bottle at the end of the day.

The winery, located in the heart of the Upper Galilee, relies on vineyards grown in unique climatic conditions that allow precise ripening and preservation of the grapes’ natural freshness – the basis for aromatic and well-balanced wines.

The new series is based on grape varieties such as Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Grenache (for the rosé), and offers an aromatic range of flavors including tropical fruit, fresh citrus, and floral notes, alongside a clean and pleasant finish. Each variety retains its unique character while forming a cohesive line of freshness and harmony.

The series includes four main wines: Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, and a rosé made from Grenache grapes. Among the highlights: Sauvignon Blanc with aromas of lime, grapefruit, and delicate herbaceous notes; Chenin Blanc with aromas of ripe apple and subtle honey; a light Chardonnay with green apple and pear; and an elegant rosé with strawberry and raspberry. Price per bottle: NIS 75.
