Snow Wine, Tura Winery
Just in time for Purim gatherings, and with very sincere intentions to accompany us further on, toward Passover (or simply whenever you feel like raising a glass a bit), an excellent bottle arrives from the family winery in Rehelim.
Tura’s Snow 2025 is a dry white wine (12.5% alcohol) based on Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay grapes grown in the Bracha Vineyard (elevation 850 meters), which together created a blend in light shades of yellow. It carries present aromas of lemons and citrus fruit, a fruity and tangy taste that stays with you, as expected, for a few good seconds and settles perfectly, as naturally as can be, on a sunny and cheerful picnic table.
