Redefine Meat is currently expanding its activity in the restaurant industry and offering new dishes in selected restaurants across the country. The move comes after full distribution in the major retail chains in Israel, and aims to meet the growing demand for new-meat, vegan and animal-free products that deliver a full and advanced taste experience.

Among the restaurants that have joined the new menu: Burger Station chain with a vegan hamburger, Esther the Queen with the new dish "Royal Courtyard", Bobby in Givatayim with a vegetarian smash burger, Jem’s Kosher with Vegan Jem’s Burger, Rainbow with Redefine King, and Uma the Asian with bao and stir-fry dishes in a vegan version. These locations join additional restaurants, including M32, Meatbar Burger, Marlene, Hotel Montefiore, Meshek Barzilay, Sima, Benz Brothers, Café Noir and Sinte Bar.

According to Eshchar Ben-Shitrit, CEO and founder of Redefine Meat: "The restaurant industry is returning to growth, and we are seeing a clear shift in the choices of both customers and restaurants. More and more consumers and chefs are looking for new-meat, vegan, high-quality and culinary products – ones that provide a full experience even for those who do not want animal-based ingredients. This expansion makes it possible to enjoy the same blue-and-white meat experience, without compromising on taste or quality, both in restaurants and at home".
