À La Carte Menu, Moshik &
A little over a year after its opening, Moshik Roth’s flagship restaurant adds a new layer of flavor to the Sarona complex, launching a regular menu alongside its permanent tasting course (NIS 950–1,450). Regular, more or less. After all, it’s Moshik.

The à la carte version of Moshik & offers ten rotating, larger dishes, from which a personal meal can be composed – three dishes for NIS 1,000, four for NIS 1,300, or five for NIS 1,600. Four appetizers and a finale of a cheese and dessert trolley will accompany them naturally.

Here, for example, there will be langoustine with garden peas, pumpkin seeds, and caviar; 36-month Comté cheese with truffle mushrooms and sabzi; northern crab with risotto, sorrel, and beets; toro in lupin with caviar, truffle, and ginger; scallop sashimi with tarragon and champagne; blue lobster with endive, pear, and a Macallan 15-based bisque; veal almond with lemongrass; and a duo chicken dish with foie gras, morel mushrooms, and a “Mona Lisa” potato.
