The promise: A Japanese rooftop bar in the same space that once housed it, but with a “new approach” that combines the authenticity of the Far East with a relaxed local spirit, and a promise of “friendly” prices, an indoor area with a bar and tables, and an open, airy outdoor space.
What’s on the menu? A collaboration between Daniel Tzur, Omer Shadmi, Masaki Sugisaki, and Su Oh, a temple of aesthetics and precision that insists on maintaining, at the same time, a connection with the Israeli audience.
That means, among other things, sashimi omakase (NIS 125) and crispy rice with tuna, yellowtail, or avocado (NIS 56–98), chicken and cucumber salad with goma-dare and chili oil (NIS 84) alongside a hand roll quartet (NIS 32–56), rolls with soft-shell crab or unagi and foie gras (NIS 56–156), and shrimp crystal skewers, pickled tomato, chicken breast in koji, or scallop (NIS 20–42).
