International bridal gown designer Berta inaugurates for the first time a new showroom and studio in Tel Aviv, in a magnificent preserved building on Ahad Ha’am Street. An inside glimpse reveals meticulous design, an exciting experience, and a meeting between historical past and modern luxury.
At the entrance to the complex, we were greeted by Hila Belilty-Moscovitz, who presented the historic building from 1909 and the inspiration: “We are in a preserved building – stunning! It was important for us that brides receive a story, to enter into an experience, into a fairy tale, to feel in a special place that suits the style and brides of Berta.”
A new hall designed in a different style while preserving the original design of the unique building. Everything was carefully chosen: The lighting, the mirror, the furniture, and even the champagne that gives every bride a sense of luxury. On the second floor takes place the real work of the gowns themselves, all the production, the seamstresses, and the equipment that are an inseparable part of the place.
On the third floor we met Nir Moscovitz, head of Berta’s international department, who is already preparing for New York Bridal Fashion Week 2025: “From here we send arms all over the world. It is important to me that brides know how much Berta cares about every single bride. Every bride needs to know that a gown she wears from the Berta brand – was designed especially for her.”
