Kuwaiti authorities arrested 14 Kuwaiti citizens and two Lebanese nationals belonging to a Hezbollah cell, seizing weapons, narcotics, and terror paraphernalia.

The Afghan Taliban government says at least 400 people were killed and 250 injured in the Monday night attack, but Islamabad denied having targeted any such facility.

The suspect, a naturalized US citizen with no criminal record, had recently lost family members in Lebanon due to an IDF airstrike.

The victim was identified as Lt. Col. Brandon Shah, killed after an IS-connected terrorist opened fire inside an Old Dominion University classroom, killing Shah and injuring two others.
