7,000 activists begin 300-vehicle convoy from Tunisia to Rafah, aim to open corridor

The Maghreb Resilience Convoy's 300-vehicle caravan departed from Tunis on Monday morning, before crossing the Libyan border on Tuesday.

 Over 7,000 pro-Palestinian activists from Mauritania, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia and Libya, begun a protest convoy on Monday, with the aim to reach the Rafah crossing by land.

The authority said that eight trucks of aid were distributed from the central Gaza site, totaling 7,680 boxes that provide 443,520 meals.
