Ghislaine Maxwell

Ghislaine Maxwell is the alleged accomplice of Jeffrey Epstein in his exploits of sex trafficking.

In court filings on Monday night, lawyers for the British socialite also complained that not enough Black and Hispanic grand jurors were used to indict her.

Maxwell had objected to being treated worse than other pretrial inmates at the Metropolitan Detention Center, citing "onerous" conditions.

"Ohhhh she’d be perfect for Jeffrey," Maxwell is alleged to have said upon seeing the young heiress at a party.

Among the materials released were email correspondence between the pair in early 2015, including an email in which Epstein told Maxwell she had "done nothing wrong."

The 2016 deposition is scheduled for release on Aug. 3, unless the appeals court orders a delay or further arguments.

If the documents are released, they are likely to shed more light on Maxwell's dealings with Epstein, as well as Epstein's own conduct.

Maxwell, 58, has denied charges she lured underage girls for Epstein to sexually abuse and has pleaded not guilty.

Dershowitz and Barak are allegedly among the men, to whom Giuffre was trafficked.

The judge scheduled a trial date for July 12, 2021.
