Urban Pet expands the shopping experience for pet owners

The Urban Pet chain offers a wide range of food, equipment, and accessories for dogs, cats, and other animals, aiming to provide a comprehensive solution under one roof, both in the chain's stores and on the online website.

The product selection includes dry and wet food, treats, beds, toys, collars and leashes, bowls, litter boxes, aquariums, and additional products, alongside leading international brands in the field. The chain notes that the variety is updated regularly, with an emphasis on quality, competitive prices, and professional service.

In addition, Urban Pet continues to strengthen its online activity and offers a convenient shopping experience with a large selection of products, changing promotions, and home delivery, aiming to make it easier for pet owners and provide them with an available and accessible solution for all pet needs.

The chain has three branches: At 210 Dizengoff Street in Tel Aviv, at 41 King George Street in Tel Aviv, and in the Rosh Ha'ayin industrial zone at 11 Hameretz Street. Available by phone at 03-5088806.

My recommendation: After recently adding a two-month-old puppy to my family, I had an exceptional service experience at Urban Pet. The staff was courteous, patient, and professional, dedicating time to explain with all their heart which products were suitable for the puppy, what was truly necessary, and what could be postponed, without trying to sell beyond what was needed.

Even when we encountered a situation where the puppy refused to eat the food we bought, the staff arranged free delivery of the appropriate food within about an hour. For me, this is a true example of service that puts the customer and pet's best interest at top priority. There is no doubt that this is a particularly high level of service.

Warmly recommended
