1. Abale – Moshav Nov

In the southern Golan Heights, inside a family farm vineyard, sits the coffee cart “Abale” – an inseparable part of the Golan landscape, with a deep connection to local roots. Here, visitors can enjoy high-quality coffee and experience a pastoral atmosphere reminiscent of a northern village. Abale’s menu is varied and inviting: Alongside coffee, they serve warm bagels and fresh dough, fresh ingredients from the farm, local cheeses, and wine – a combination that offers the aroma of home, agriculture, and simple yet exquisite cuisine.

2. Gan Bira – Ein Zivan

A rustic stop for the whole family: Shaded seating areas, games for children, draft beers, and snacks. The place allows visitors to pause after a hike or during a summer day, combined with a pleasant, laid-back rural atmosphere.

3. Breakfast – Givat Yoav

A small and inviting coffee cart in the heart of the village, with fresh pastries, natural juices, cold shakes, and quality coffee. A place to stop, refresh, enjoy something sweet, or start the day with good energy.

4. Pita Tiko – Afik

In the village of Afik in the Golan Heights, “Pita Tiko” operates – a food truck that makes thin pitas filled with quality meat. You will find different types of meat daily – from kebab, chicken thigh, entrecôte, lamb ribs, and even braised short ribs – each served in a warm pita. In addition, there is a plate of fried potatoes.

5. Café Kafka – Moshav Sha’al

A pastoral cart in the heart of the Golan Heights, located on the Malul farm – surrounded by green landscapes, clear air, and stretches of tranquility. At Café Kafka, you will find carefully prepared coffee, light and surprising dishes with unique flavors, along with wine and cold beer. An ideal place to relax, stop on the way to a hike, or simply enjoy the peace and scenery.
