If you thought you had to book a hotel night to truly enjoy a luxurious breakfast, it’s time to catch up. Dan Group’s Link Hotel & Hub is opening its doors to the general public, launching a new breakfast buffet at an accessible price of NIS 88 per diner.

The hotel is joining the wave of local venues offering a morning experience even to non-guests. Recently, the hotel began serving an open breakfast to the public at a fixed price of NIS 88 per diner – a move intended, according to them, to make the hotel’s public space accessible even to those simply looking for a quiet place to start their day.

The initiative comes shortly after the opening of the new café by the “Cafe Echad Ha’am” family, “Shaul-H 39,” which operates within the hotel complex on Shaul HaMelech Boulevard.

What does the meal include?

At the center of the breakfast is a diverse buffet with high-quality cheeses such as Gouda, Brie, Caciotta, and Feta, alongside smoked and cured fish – Ortiz anchovies, gravlax, and lakerda. These are accompanied by homemade-style antipasti – Roman-style artichokes, roasted peppers, olives, and grape leaves – as well as dips, salads, goat yogurt, granola, seasonal fruits, breads, and fresh pastries.

In addition to the buffet, each diner can order a personalized egg dish of their choice – omelet, scrambled, sunny-side up, or over-easy – along with hot drinks and freshly squeezed orange juice.

When and Where

The meal is served in the hotel’s HUB area on Shaul HaMelech Boulevard in Tel Aviv, subject to availability. The breakfast is dairy, non-kosher, and served Sunday to Friday from 07:30 to 11:00, and on Saturdays from 08:00 to 12:00.

Bottom line: For NIS 88, Link’s breakfast offers a relaxed, no-commitment Tel Aviv alternative – a place to sit alone with a laptop, meet friends, or simply start the day with something a little different from your usual coffee spot.
