Four decades of creativity, inspiration, and leadership. Iconic fashion designer Yaron Minkowski marks 40 years of activity in the Israeli fashion industry – a journey that has made him one of the most recognized and beloved names in local design.
In honor of his 40th anniversary, Minkowski will present a festive new collection at Israel-Canada Fashion Week Tel Aviv 2025, which will take place at the end of October in the city.
A Revolution in the Bridal Market
Immediately after Fashion Week, the designer will unveil a new and limited bridal collection for 2025–2026, aimed at brides who do not want to be like everyone else. This is a sales collection – not a rental – featuring unique designs at attractive prices, marking a breakthrough in the bridal market, offering wedding dresses designed by one of Israel’s leading fashion designers at accessible and unconventional prices for this sector.
From the Studio in Jaffa
From his studio in Jaffa, Minkowski – one of Israel’s veteran and influential designers – continues to design, create, and dress Israeli women, including many of the industry’s prominent figures: Orna Datz, Marina Maximilian Blumin, Galit Gutman, Moran Atias, Bar Refaeli, Gal Gadot, and others.
“Clients Didn’t Let Me Rest”
“Just before the pandemic, I decided it was time to fulfill dreams I hadn’t managed to in the race of life,” Minkowski shares. “I closed the studio, dreamed of traveling and creating art around the world, but the pandemic stopped everything. My clients didn’t let me rest – and that brought me back to full activity, to innovate and lead the local fashion world, alongside another project I had dreamed of – a museum for toys and iconic fashion in Jaffa.”
This year’s Fashion Week is expected to offer a nostalgic and moving look at one of the pioneers of Israeli fashion, who survived every trend and crisis, creating an original design language that has influenced generations of creators.
