Men’s Acne-Fighting Skincare Line Derma Control, L’Oréal Expert Men
L’Oréal’s men’s brand launches for the first time a skincare line designed to fight acne and pimples. The lineup includes a new formula and four products: Serum, face cleansing soap, moisturizer with SPF 30 protection, and an SOS pimple cream. Basically, this series is intended for oily skin prone to pimples. We tested the soap which left the skin elastic and pleasant. The serum absorbed extremely fast and eliminated the greasy skin feeling.

AXE PRIMUME COLLECTION Deodorant, AXE
Two new stars join the premium body spray family: Black Vanilla and Purple Patchouli. Both scents combine essential oils with a promise of 72-hour freshness. We tested both new scents, but they didn’t quite live up to the promised duration. The vanilla scent, as expected, suffered from an overly sweet note we didn’t quite like. Patchouli, on the other hand, was refreshing and pleasant and performed well during the humid days.

LOEWE Liquid Soap, Loewe
If you’re one of those who likes to turn bath time into a ritual, you’ll discover a soap with an unusual scent. Fashion house Loewe offers liquid soap in a handsome glass bottle. The twist — it comes with a marijuana scent. We joked about it quite a bit but actually found delicate botanical notes including jojoba oil and aloe vera. The natural ingredients worked well. The skin received a moisture boost, was pleasant and soft to the touch, and honestly, showering was fun.

Sunscreen, La Roche-Posay
In the summer days, we spend extra hours at the beach and pool. Sun protection is a must. The French dermo-cosmetics brand adds more members to its sun product line with LA ROCHE-POSAY ANTHELIOS UVMUNE 400 ANTI DARK SPOTS SPF50, a product that provides sun protection and also helps reduce dark spots on the skin. We especially loved the fact it absorbs incredibly fast without leaving a sticky feeling.

The French cosmetics company presents a new sun care series including four sun protection products: Face lotion SPF 50, face and body cream SPF 50, protection stick SPF 50, and a face and body water spray SPF 30. Since we are practical, we tested the stick which performed well. It was easy to use and effective. It absorbed quickly and didn’t leave residue, stickiness, or marks.
