Ram Aderet reports receiving a building permit for the second lot where the Aderet in the International Quarter project in Lod will be built. The initiative includes two lots – with construction on the first already underway for several months, and now the permit has also been received for the second.

The group opened its sales office on the project site – the first office operating in the quarter, established in a designated complex specially allocated by the municipality. To mark the opening of the new office, the company is offering buyers a “Complete Apartment” promotion, which includes a voucher worth NIS 100,000 for full furnishing and outfitting of the apartment.

The group began marketing the project at the end of 2023 – just days after the outbreak of the Iron Swords War – and since then, more than 200 of the 400 planned apartments in the project have been sold. The project will include eight 11-story buildings, 500 meters from the train station, facing a green park.

According to Anna Fogel, Vice President of Marketing and Sales at the group, “In the project, we are offering 3- to 6-room apartments, garden apartments, and also penthouses. Full building permits have been received for both lots, and we expect occupancy in about three years.” Fogel emphasizes that “this is a new neighborhood with low-rise construction that encourages community life and a sense of belonging, in a neighborhood to be built on land from the Nir Zvi moshav – without dependency on existing city infrastructure.”

A Quarter with 50,000 Residents – and Advanced Transportation

What makes the project unique is its strategic location – about 500 meters from the Ganei Aviv train station, which is just one stop away from Tel Aviv’s Hahagana station. At the same time, the neighborhood borders a spacious park planned to include pedestrian and bicycle paths, sports facilities, and playgrounds. The nearby eucalyptus grove is expected to undergo comprehensive development, including a bridge that will cross Road 200 and provide easy access for pedestrians and cyclists.

The new neighborhood is expected to house about 50,000 residents and will also include employment areas, commercial centers, public institutions, an educational campus, kindergartens, and many green spaces. The planning places special emphasis on improving transportation – with Road 200 (the Ramla-Lod bypass) expected to function in the future as an internal urban road that will connect the new quarter to the existing city of Lod and provide convenient access to Road 44, Road 1, and Road 40.
