Col. (Res) Ryan Gity

Ryan Gity (Col. Ret.) is the CEO of G2, a deep-tech AI startup, and currently serves as Secretary and Member of Israel’s National Committee for Artificial Intelligence Strategy. He previously served as Secretary of the Nagel Committee for defense budgeting and future force structure planning under Prime Minister Netanyahu. Col. (Ret.) Gity concluded a 22-year career at the Directorate of Defense Research and Development (MAFAT), the Israeli DARPA, where he held senior leadership roles in autonomy, AI, and strategic planning. He holds an M.Sc. in Systems Engineering from the Technion and a B.Sc. in Electro-Optics and Applied Physics Engineering from the Jerusalem College of Technology.
