Jerusalem International Chamber Music Festival

This year’s program is dedicated to composers who, throughout history, emigrated, or traveled between cultures, speaking the universal language of music. 

This year’s theme is migrant composers, which, it must be said, offered festival founder Elena Bashkirova – a celebrated pianist – plenty of room for programmatic maneuver.
