This fall, Israel will be the stage for a landmark convergence of faith, leadership, and solidarity as Eagles’ Wings launches its most ambitious initiative to date. Beginning September 28, 2025, the organization will unite three cornerstone projects—the Watchmen on the Wall Tour, Awake Jerusalem, and the Day of Prayer for the Peace of Jerusalem—into what is poised to become the one of the largest coordinated Christian events in Israel’s modern history.
For more than three decades, Bishop Robert Stearns, Founder of Eagles’ Wings, has mobilized Christian leaders from across the globe to experience Israel firsthand. His efforts have cultivated a worldwide network of advocates who return to their communities inspired to strengthen Christian–Jewish relations, combat antisemitism, and champion Israel on the global stage. This year’s initiatives represent the fullest expression yet of his vision.
The 2025 Watchmen on the Wall Tour will be the largest delegation in Eagles’ Wings history, bringing more than 220 pastors, artists, and influencers from five continents. Among them are 40–50 global leaders whose combined social media reach exceeds 300 million people—ensuring that what happens in Israel will echo around the world.
At the heart of this unprecedented initiative stands the 21st Annual Day of Prayer for the Peace of Jerusalem (DPPJ), founded by Bishop Stearns together with Dr. Jack Hayford, set to take place on October 5, 2025, with keynote speaker Ambassador Mike Huckabee, at the historic Tower of David near Jaffa Gate. This year’s event will bring together more than 200 pastors and leaders from across the world, alongside Gen Z artists and influencers with a combined following of over 300 million people.
Since its inception, the Day of Prayer has grown into the largest annual global prayer movement for Israel, now uniting believers in over 175 nations each October. Rooted in the biblical command of Psalm 122—“Pray for the peace of Jerusalem”—it stands as a call to prayer and a public declaration of Christian solidarity with Israel.
Immediately following the Day of Prayer, tour participants will gather for Awake Jerusalem 2025 for worship, intercession, and teaching. Featuring award- winning artists and influencers including Nate Diaz, David Binion, Bryson Rory, Ross Johnston, and more, this unforgettable night will fill Jerusalem with praise. Thousands of believers are expected to attend in person, with
millions more reached through a worldwide broadcast on TBN to more than 90 million households. Amplified by the voices of digital influencers, Awake
Jerusalem will transform the heart of Israel’s capital into a global platform of unity and faith.
