Shevet Achim Group, one of the leading groups in Israel in the fields of hospitality, leisure and real estate, announces the establishment of a network of hotels and resorts in a unique concept, three new central projects: Expansion of Dream Island Resort adjacent to Kibbutz Sde Yoav, establishment of a new luxury resort on the shores of the Sea of Galilee and establishment of a resort on the promenade facing Ashkelon beach.

Behind the planning of all the projects stands Izik Levy Architecture and Engineering Office, which has been accompanying Shevet Achim Group for many years and is responsible for the group’s unique architectural language, combining a connection to nature, a contemporary hospitality experience and an international planning standard.

The move marks the transformation of the group into a nationwide network of hotel resorts, combining international vacation experiences, meticulous design, advanced culinary offerings and smart technology – with each resort telling a different story and offering a unique vacation and hospitality experience.

Dream Island Resort, unique in its kind in Israel in the experience of abundance and hospitality, is currently undergoing a particularly significant and luxurious expansion. As part of the expansion, approximately 50 new suites will be added, spread in a Maldives-style within a large lake, with complete privacy for each suite.

The new complex will include: Luxurious suites with a bedroom, living room, kitchenette, shower and toilet, a private pool and jacuzzi in each suite, two presidential suites measuring approximately 80 square meters, a central giant pool and a large bar at its center. A kind of luxurious hotel capsules, some of which are surrounded by water complexes.

Alongside the meticulous design, the place will offer exceptional culinary experiences, new restaurants and hospitality in the heart of a pastoral and quiet forest.

A new resort on the Sea of Galilee – in the Migdal area

In March 2027, a new concept resort of the group is expected to open on the shores of the Sea of Galilee, adjacent to the settlement of Migdal. The project, which is already under construction, will offer a young, lively and stylish vacation experience: A beachfront hotel with 93 rooms, of which approximately 60 rooms are over the water in a warm and unique design.

The hotel will include a rooftop with weekly parties and events, a spa complex, sunken seating areas in the water, two floors of restaurants and a central bar in the heart of the pool with performances and parties inspired by the Greek island of Mykonos.

Ashkelon Beach Resort – Reef

The group’s next flagship project will be built facing the sea on the Ashkelon promenade and will also open in March 2027. This is a luxurious, iconic and innovative resort on an unprecedented scale in Israel:

98 rooms, all facing the sea in a unique and modern design inspired by raw materials from the sea – wood and stone. The hotel will offer smart rooms controlled via a dedicated mobile app (lighting, air conditioning, electricity and room services), spread over approximately 6,000 square meters all overlooking the sea alongside approximately 14,000 square meters of public areas.

For the first time in Israel, the largest spa complex in the country will be built with approximately 30 treatment rooms, a hammam, saunas, an indoor pool, salt rooms, a pressure room, ice baths and a VIP complex. A gym, padel courts, a spectacular rooftop overlooking the sea and a Pilates studio. In addition, the hotel will offer a floor with a restaurant, pool and bar overlooking the sea.

The culinary concept is also going to be unique in its kind. Several different concept restaurants are expected to open in the hotel, so that the guest can choose between them at their leisure and enjoy a different restaurant at each meal (Asian, Italian and more).

According to Yehuda Yifrach, one of the owners of Shevet Achim Group: "The transition to a resort network is a natural step in the group’s development. We bring to the hospitality world in Israel international hospitality experiences, innovation, design and a high standard – with a unique identity and story for each complex. This move is an expression of our growth strategy and belief in the potential of the tourism and vacation market in Israel. We bring international standards of hospitality experience, design and culinary offerings, while precisely adapting to the character and DNA of each area – from the Sea of Galilee, through the south to the Ashkelon coastline."
