The communications group Partner announced the expansion of its benefits package for its customers following the security situation, with the central step being the granting of free access to the +Partner TV television service for all of the company’s fiber-optic internet customers. The benefit is intended for infrastructure customers who are not currently subscribed to the content services, and it will be given for a period of one month at no cost. The company emphasizes that at the end of the benefit period the service will be automatically disconnected, with no action required on the customer’s part, and that messages with the redemption details will be sent to eligible customers gradually.

This decision joins previous moves by Partner since the beginning of the campaign, including opening a wide variety of premium channels for free viewing. Among the channels that were opened are the Turkish and Spanish drama channels, the Viva channels, Mediterranean movies, action channels, comedies and reality. For children and youth audiences, the company opened 17 different channels, including Nickelodeon, the Children’s Channel, ZOOM and Junior.

At the same time, the company reminds that it is possible to receive Home Front Command alerts directly on the television screen through a dedicated application for Android TV devices.

On the technical and infrastructural level, Partner offers solutions to improve the stay in protected spaces, including installation of a network point in safe rooms at no cost to strengthen reception, alongside a discounted communications package for shelters. In addition, the company is working to suspend charges for customers who were evacuated from their homes in the confrontation lines. In the cellular field, an assistance package was granted to customers staying abroad that includes 5GB of browsing and call minutes to Israel and the rest of the world at no charge. Partner stated that the company is prepared to provide service and support throughout the country while maintaining operational continuity in the cellular, internet and television systems.
