Nespresso said it is launching a new boutique at the BIG Fashion Glilot complex near Herzliya, part of the brand’s latest store concept that emphasizes hospitality, design, and sustainability. The 100-square-meter location will offer guided tastings, coffee machine demonstrations, and in-boutique recycling services, according to a company statement.

The space will include a “Coffee as an Art” tasting area where visitors can sample blends and receive one-on-one guidance from Nespresso coffee experts. The store will also present accessories and provide on-site training to help customers choose and use machines.

Design pillars and customer experience

Nespresso said the boutique reflects five pillars: the art of coffee, the art of hospitality, the art of design and aesthetics, the art of circularity, and the art of sharing and caring. The brand said the goal is to create a warm, contemporary environment that delivers a personal, meticulous experience.

Customers will be encouraged to return used capsules at a dedicated collection point for recycling. The company said store materials include wood sourced under Rainforest Alliance oversight and a sales counter that incorporates recycled coffee in its construction.

Nespresso said the Glilot boutique follows recent openings and upgrades in Be’er Sheva and Haifa that introduced the same next-generation design language and services.

BIG Fashion Glilot opened in late February 2025 with more than 160 flagship stores.

“The new boutique in Glilot is another step in making the Nespresso coffee experience accessible to coffee lovers from a variety of audiences,” said Shai Dinur, VP of Nespresso Israel’s commercial division. "We continue to invest in innovative design, personalized service, and a customer experience that gives meaning to the art of coffee."
