The Impress watch and jewelry chain, part of the Roltime Group, opened in the heart of Kikar Hamedina in Tel Aviv a new luxury space called Impress Lounge – a two-story area of approximately 250 square meters, established with an investment of around NIS 6.5M. The space aims to offer a shopping experience different from that of traditional jewelry stores, combining luxury retail with an intimate and refined atmosphere.
From the moment you enter, it is clear that this is not an ordinary store. The space is designed as a private and quiet lounge, with open seating areas, personalized service, and attention to a different pace of interaction with the products. The aesthetic is minimalist, the materials are carefully chosen, and the entire experience is aimed at placing the customer at the center – without pressure and without a sense of urgency. Visitors can enjoy a quality cup of coffee, whiskey, or champagne as part of a relaxed shopping experience that emphasizes lingering, conversation, and observation – not just purchasing. According to the chain, the goal is to create a feeling reminiscent of visiting a home, allowing customers to feel comfortable and make decisions without pressure.
At the heart of the lounge, a selection of the most prestigious and historic watch brands in the world is displayed, including Vacheron Constantin, Breguet, Blancpain, Hublot, Zenith, and Omega. Each brand represents a long-standing tradition alongside technological and design innovation, and some of the models displayed are not available in other stores in Israel. For watch enthusiasts, this is a rare opportunity to get up close to watches that are usually seen mostly in catalogs or at private events abroad.
Alongside the world of watches, the space also offers a wide selection of luxury jewelry from international design houses, including Pomellato, Gucci Fine Jewelry, Effy Jewelry, and Le Vian, alongside the in-house brand Impress Jewelry. The collections combine classic lines with contemporary design, using high-quality materials and excellent craftsmanship. All jewelry comes with gemological certificates and full warranties.
Karin Kish Kaliski, VP of Trade and Marketing at the Roltime Group, explains that the idea to establish Impress Lounge arose from identifying a need in the local market. According to her, "We wanted to create a place that feels like home for lovers of watches and luxury jewelry – a space where you can come, sit comfortably, talk, and connect with the field, without pressure and without the feeling of being in a store." She adds that the lounge includes comfortable seating areas, refreshments, and quality alcohol, and is designed to provide a relaxed and personalized shopping experience.
Additionally, the space operates a VIP club with a dedicated entrance and a private meeting room, intended for hosting business meetings and regular clients. The lounge is open to the general public and is aimed both at experienced collectors and those taking their first steps in the world of luxury watches and jewelry.
