During Hanukkah, Dimona will host its first puppet festival for children, allowing those interested to spend quality afternoons with their kids, away from screens, at a very low cost—only NIS 10.
Over three days, from December 16 to 18, three events will take place at Dimona Theater—at 4:00 PM, 5:00 PM, and 6:00 PM. The festival will feature puppet theater workshops as well as performances, including Itamar the Dream Hunter, My Successful Child, and Jack and the Magic Bean.
"The first puppet festival for children in Dimona is an exciting and meaningful step for the city and the entire region," said Omri Lobel Amsterdam, CEO of the theater, proudly. "We are proud to bring young audiences quality and accessible culture that enriches imagination and broadens horizons from an early age. The festival, held during Hanukkah in collaboration with Dimona Municipality and Mifal Hapais, reflects our commitment to continue developing a lively and vibrant cultural scene in the heart of the Negev. We invite all children and families to an exceptional experience of creativity, play, and theatrical magic."
