In recent years, Herzliya has established itself not only as a central business and high-tech hub but also as an independent tourism and leisure destination. Its proximity to the Tel Aviv metropolitan area, combined with a developed coastline, active marina, and entertainment centers, makes it an attraction throughout the year.

With the end of autumn and the drop in temperatures, activity in the city changes its face. This period, defined as “Off-Season,” allows visitors to experience the city in a calmer atmosphere, without the typical summer crowd. For many hotels, this period is characterized by adjusting services to the season (such as spa facilities and heated pools).

Here are seven recommended hotels in Herzliya.

Daniel Hotel

Daniel Hotel, on Herzliya’s beachfront, offers a hospitality experience that combines business and pleasure. Especially in the winter season, the “Shizen” spa is available—offering an intimate atmosphere and a variety of professional treatments, alongside indulgent facilities including a heated indoor pool, Jacuzzi, dry and wet saunas, and a gym. For couples seeking a romantic experience, the spa offers special packages that include a Swedish couples massage in a private room, followed by 15 minutes in a private oil bath, accompanied by wine and fruit. The culinary experience is complemented by “Sunset Kitchen,” a dairy and kosher chef restaurant located in the hotel, offering contemporary Mediterranean cuisine with a sea view. Shizen Spa offers a midweek “Relaxed Morning” promotion, including a 45-minute treatment and a rich breakfast at Reef Restaurant, priced from NIS 500 per person.

A winter season overnight stay with breakfast starts at NIS 700 per couple.

Ritz-Carlton

As part of the renovation, 90 garden and terrace rooms and 5 unique suites were updated. Alongside the Chalet renovation, the resort’s pool, restaurants, and halls were also renovated. The resort’s restaurants and garden areas, redesigned by landscape designer Kfir Fisher, include new pathways made of imported natural stone, Mediterranean vegetation, and a harmonious atmosphere connecting indoors and outdoors. And also – the future of Herzliya

Herzliya is already looking ahead—recently, the establishment of a new luxury hotel in the marina was approved by the Hagag Group.
