The beautiful desert of the Dead Sea will once again become a large family stage. The "Sodom and Love" festival of the Tamar Regional Council returns on November 6-7 to Nahal Amatzia Park near the settlements of the Sodom Circle, promising two days of a unique Israeli experience of music, creativity, and movement against a breathtaking desert landscape.

The festival has been held for several years and enjoys great success, with the autumn scenery and the beauty of Amatzia Park, located at the mouth of Nahal Amatzia, and the surrounding desert chalk hills forming a unique and spectacular natural backdrop.

The main stage will host a variety of family-friendly content, including a main performance by singer Jimbo J. The festival will feature food stalls and local art stalls showcasing jewelry, decorative items, macramé, and more.

Festival guests will be able to enjoy creative workshops, agricultural tours, access to splash pools, and a variety of attractions included in the entrance ticket.

“The Tamar Regional Council sees the 'Sodom and Love' festival as much more than a cultural event – it is an expression of the values we believe in connecting community, art, nature, and people,” says Nir Wenger, Head of the Tamar Regional Council. “Our magical desert is a unique stage, and the settlements in the Sodom Circle – Ein Tamar, Neot HaKikar, and the surrounding area – open their hearts and homes to the public. We invite everyone to come, be moved, connect, and experience the peace, power, and beauty our area offers.”

The activities will take place on November 6 from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM and on November 7 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Ticket prices: NIS 60 for adults and NIS 40 for children over 6.
