In the world of sales, there are moments that repeat themselves in almost every business: Dozens of messages sent that go unopened, leads that disappear, salespeople working long hours and feeling like they are chasing attention. It is a world based on intuition, trial and error, and sometimes a lot of frustration.

But in recent years, something has changed. Artificial intelligence no longer only analyzes numbers; it is beginning to understand humans. It learns to identify communication patterns, understand emotional reactions, and predict when and why someone is interested or ignoring a message. Amid this revolution, AnyBiz is emerging, an Israeli start-up attempting to redefine what interaction between a business and a customer looks like in the AI era.

AnyBiz.io, founded in early 2022, developed an autonomous AI system for managing sales and leads. The platform allows sales teams around the world to run entire processes through AI agents operating via email, LinkedIn, and phone. The agents learn how and when it is best to approach each potential customer and handle the entire process of outreach and appointment scheduling themselves.

“We saw that businesses put a lot of effort into leads that go nowhere,” says Daniel Schneider, CEO and founder of AnyBiz. “Salespeople work hard, but much of the work is repetitive: Sending messages, scheduling meetings, and following up. We wanted to use AI not to replace humans, but to assist them. A system that understands human behavior, knows how and when to approach a client, and improves with every interaction.”

AnyBiz’s system currently operates across three main channels: Emails, LinkedIn, and phone calls, learning each customer’s behavior patterns. If it notices that a person rarely uses LinkedIn, it will prefer not to reach out there; if it finds that emails with emojis in the subject line are opened more, it will send them. “The idea is to create a system that constantly thinks and updates,” says Schneider. “Until it successfully understands each client’s response style and acts accordingly. This creates a process that feels natural, almost human, but operates with the precision and efficiency that is difficult to achieve manually.”

And what about phone calls? Many people hesitate to talk to robots, but at AnyBiz, that is not the case. “There are no recordings or pre-made responses,” Schneider explains. “It’s an AI agent conducting a conversation in real time. It understands questions, responds to them, asks back, and explains as needed. It even knows how to change its tone according to the situation and the emotion coming from the other side. People speaking to it usually don’t even notice it’s a system, and that is exactly the power of our technology: It’s not meant to sound smart, it’s meant to sound real.”

When clients understand that the system does not replace them but works alongside them, Schneider says, “Trust develops very quickly. We have clients who reported that their calendars filled up with meetings in just two weeks. One told me it was the first time he felt the system was really working for him, and not the other way around.”

Today, AnyBiz employs around 50 people across 12 different countries, allowing it to operate with clients in any time zone and across diverse cultures. “Every new client adds another layer of knowledge to the system,” Schneider says. “Every conversation, every outreach, every interaction contributes to learning that fine-tunes our operations and adapts to every type of client. It’s a self-sustaining process that continues to improve.”

The Future: Sales Based on Listening

Despite being advanced technology, Schneider emphasizes that the company’s vision relies on the human aspect of sales. “I think AI actually allows sales to be closer to people. It doesn’t close deals instead of salespeople, but frees them from everything that drains their time and energy. It creates the conditions for a real and meaningful conversation, and in the end, the one who closes the deal is always a person.”

Looking ahead, Schneider envisions a future where businesses operate completely differently: “Everything will move toward listening and precision. AI will allow companies to deeply understand their customers, recognize needs in real time, and know how to reach out to them correctly. But even ten years from now, it will always come back to the same place—a human talking to a human.”
