Pango, best known for its digital transportation solutions, is launching a new service in collaboration with the communications company WORLD8: eSIM packages for travelers abroad that include unlimited internet browsing without the need for a physical SIM card. The service enables connection to the network upon landing in the foreign country, avoiding repeated installations, searching for local communication stores, or currency exchange fees – and is offered at prices in NIS starting at NIS 49 for a basic 3-day package, which includes unlimited browsing in 80 destinations around the world.

Unlike other international eSIM services, Pango’s product includes local Hebrew support 24/7, simple online installation without the need to download applications, and keeping the eSIM on the device for up to four years – so there is no need to reinstall for each trip. The packages are suitable for short or long trips, ranging from 3 to 20 days of browsing. Each package is suitable for use in several countries and allows switching between different countries within the same trip, including stopovers.

The packages include an option for a “Follow Me” service to keep the Israeli number for incoming calls, with an additional temporary Israeli number provided at no cost. In addition, minutes for outgoing or incoming calls to and from Israel can be loaded into the package, including emergency calls and calls to local institutions – something that is not common among similar communication services in the international market.

The new service also includes an option for managing a “Family” package, allowing a parent to purchase and manage packages for their children – including tracking balances and adding top-ups only for those who actually need them. The purchase can be made through the Pango app or the dedicated website: pango.world8.co.il.
