Tadiran Group unveils what may become the new standard in air conditioning system control: A smart, Israeli-developed app called MY TADIRAN, offering instant connectivity, proactive digital service, and for the first time – personalized, AI-based control.
After nearly two years of local development, in collaboration with Commit and with meticulous design by Pitango UX, Tadiran is launching the new platform, developed entirely in Israel, with the goal of precisely addressing the needs of the local market – and offering an intuitive, effective, and accessible user experience. The project is based on advanced cloud technologies from Amazon, bidirectional IoT infrastructures (Device-to-Cloud and Cloud-to-Cloud), and dynamic learning of user habits.
The new app includes several functions:
Centralized control of all air conditioners at home or in the office, with the ability to manage by room or user.
Automatic shut-off based on location, detecting when the user is more than 20 km away from home – for significant energy savings.
Full personalization, including the creation of personal buttons and one-click preference saving.
A smart Shabbat timer that adjusts to geographic location, with pre-set timing for Shabbat entry and exit.
Custom timers that allow activation and shutoff according to a daily routine.
Intuitive AI-based connection by simply photographing the air conditioner – with no technician required.
Proactive customer service, with a quick-access button for human support, prioritized service, and fault detection even before the user notices a problem.
Nofar Mamrud, VP of Marketing and Digital at Tadiran Group, explains: “In a world where most apps are off-the-shelf solutions from external manufacturers, we are proud to present an independent development that brings true innovation – local and practical. This is a real revolution in the way consumers manage air conditioning in their homes.” Mamrud adds: “We are not just launching an app, but offering a complete experience – a technological solution that takes responsibility for service, energy savings, and personalized user needs.”
As part of a broader global initiative, MY TADIRAN will be launched not only in Israel but also in Europe, with Tadiran already reporting impressive success during the pilot phase – with 97% of beta users continuing to use the app regularly. It is estimated that within a year, the number of downloads will reach hundreds of thousands, out of a potential market of over two million compatible air conditioners. All of this – made in Israel.
