Fulfilling the dream of living by the sea: Michlol Real Estate Financing announced that it will finance the “hirat Hayam project by the Nativ Group on the northern coastal strip of Kiryat Yam, in the amount of approximately NIS 370 million. The project includes the construction of 18 boutique buildings, each three stories high, offering a diverse mix of apartments: From standard apartments to garden apartments and penthouses, all with immediate proximity to the sea and an open view of the blue horizons.
As part of the project, construction will be carried out in two stages: Phase A, which has already commenced with a building permit and initial groundwork, includes 84 housing units in seven buildings across two plots; Phase B, which is expected to proceed in parallel with the execution of Phase A, will add another 88 housing units in 11 additional buildings. The construction will be carried out by the contractor company Nersha Ltd.
“This is not just a project – it’s a statement,” says Ayelet Russek, CEO of Michlol Real Estate Financing. “At a time when entire areas in the north are recovering from the devastation of war, initiatives that drive construction momentum and offer hope to residents are especially important. This is emotionally significant real estate, combining high quality of life with a connection to nature and the sea. Especially now, as we rebuild entire regions, investments that create community and vision are essential. Kiryat Yam is a city with tremendous potential, and we are proud to be part of its transformation into a sought-after coastal city.”
According to the project developers, the exceptional location, adjacent to the coastline and the new planned promenade, makes the complex not only a financial investment – but also the creation of a new urban community with a high quality of life. The project is located in the heart of a revitalized area in Kiryat Yam and offers a refreshing alternative to the common high-rise towers in the market – with a boutique concept, meticulous design, and a sense of community intimacy.
“Shirat Hayam will be at the forefront of urban renewal,” concludes Simcha Greidinger, Chairman of the Nativ Group. “The war left its mark – but our vision is to generate recovery through smart, human, and environmentally connected real estate. Our project offers low-rise buildings, open views, and a mix of apartments suited for both young families and those upgrading their homes.”
