A groundbreaking technological move in the international shipping sector: Total Care Logistics, one of Israel's leading companies in shipping and customs brokerage, has launched Freight Analytics, an advanced and unique platform in Israel for managing shipping processes in real time.

Approximately NIS 4 million was invested in the development of the system, which represents a significant leap forward in the digitization of the logistics field. The new system is designed to meet the growing needs of importers and exporters, especially in light of shipping delays caused by the global security situation—particularly the Houthi attacks in the Red Sea area.

Freight Analytics includes an intuitive interface that displays real-time tracking of ships and containers on a live map, instant access to documents, invoices, and status reports, personalized mobile alerts, a built-in chat with the import team, and a direct connection to the TASK-YAM customs system.

Nimrod Magidov, CEO of Total Care Logistics, explains: “Full digitization is no longer a luxury but a necessity. Shipping processes have become more complex and dynamic, and customers need available, accurate, and accessible information at any moment and from any location. Freight Analytics offers, for the first time in Israel, a smart, comprehensive, and user-friendly platform that takes shipping management to a new level of control and efficiency.”

The development of the platform is part of a broader digital initiative led by the company, with an investment of millions of shekels, under which additional commercial and operational systems have been launched in recent years to streamline internal processes and improve the customer experience.
