Israelis are already planning their High Holy Day vacations, and it seems that the consideration leading them this year is not just the price. Tourism agency Spirit World Productions reports a 25% surge in demand for flights and vacation packages ahead of the holidays compared to last year.
Among the sought-after destinations, Seychelles, Mauritius, and Corfu stand out, to which the company is bolstering flight supply via Israeli airlines. Beyond the appeal of beachside retreats and luxury hotels, the company notes that personal security has emerged as a key factor in destination choice.
As part of the preparations, the company reserved rooms in advance at hotels and resorts in the high-demand destinations, aiming to cope with the demand during the holiday period.
According to Tali Yativ, owner and CEO of Spirit World Productions, "This year we are seeing a significant growth of 25% in demand for flights and vacations ahead of the High Holy Days." According to her, the company expanded its supply of flights and packages to address the demand and the search for a calm and safe vacation.
Some of the packages offered by the company: Seychelles, September 19–25, starting from $2,549 per person; Mauritius, September 26–October 3, starting from $2,990; and Corfu, September 8–13, starting from $1,343 per person.
