Pro-regime activists called for Iranians nationwide to participate in the "Friday of Rage and Victory" after prayers on Friday morning.

The call to protest was shared by Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps-controlled Fars News early on Friday morning.

According to Fars News, Iranians should "march to shout for freedom and unity against the oppression and savagery of the Zionists, showing the world that the Iranian nation will not overlook the crimes committed against its land and honor."

The "day of rage and victory" would mark one week since Operation Rising Lion began, with Israel conducting widespread airstrikes on Iran last Friday morning.

Israel's success in killing senior Iranian military leaders

Since the operation began, Israel has conducted heavy losses on Iranian military leadership, particularly IRGC leaders, including Ali Shademani, Iran's wartime chief of staff, his predecessor, Gholam Ali Rashid, and Quds Force commander, Esmail Qaani, among others.

Iran has since attacked Israel with over 400 missiles, and 1,000 drones, including deploying cluster bombs in an attack on Thursday morning.

However, the Israeli Air Force and Navy have intercepted around 95% of threats that have approached Israeli airspace, the IDF announced Thursday.
