The IDF confiscated weapons, struck five terror sites, and killed three Hezbollah terrorists in a series of operations led by the IDF's 91st Division over the past week, the military said on Sunday night. 

Soldiers from the IDF's 228th and 300th Brigades took part in the operations, under the command of the 91st Division. All three worked alongside the IAF and guided by military intelligence to strike five terror sites and kill three Hezbollah terrorists.

During an overnight operation in Aitaroun, forces of the IDF's 288th Brigade destroyed terror infrastructure used by Hezbollah.

In Rmaich, troops from the 300th Brigade uncovered and confiscated a collection of firearms, Kalashnikov rifles, magazines, and ammunition.

IDF tank accidentally fires on UNIFIL peacekeepers

Earlier on Sunday, the IDF mistakenly fired warning shots towards two UNIFIL soldiers patrolling in southern Lebanon.

The UNIFIL soldiers were mistakenly identified as suspicious individuals due to poor weather conditions.

The Lebanese army accused Israel of violating its sovereignty in a social media post, claiming that "the Army Command affirms that it is working in coordination with friendly countries to put an end to the continuous violations and breaches committed by the Israeli enemy, which require immediate action as they represent a serious escalation."
