St.-Sgt. Inbar Avraham Kav, 20, from Lotem, who was killed during a terrorist attack at the Jit junction in the northern West Bank between Nablus and Kalkilya on Sunday, was laid to rest at the Mount Herzl Military Cemetery in Jerusalem yesterday.
Kav served in the 890th Battalion of the Paratroopers Brigade. He was wounded in the attack and later died of his wounds.
The IDF initially said that the incident began as a ramming attack, but local media later said that Kav may have been killed by a bullet that was actually friendly fire as the soldiers at the scene neutralized the terrorist.
