Hezbollah Secretary-General Naim Qassam warned that the terror group "will not stand idly by in the face of any attack against Iran," on Monday.
An attack on Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei would be, in Qassem's view, the "elimination of stability and the status quo in the region and the world."
"The narrative of arrogance from the US, Israel, and their partners is based on consent to the rule of the oppressive and criminal strongman. The war on Iran this time could ignite the region," he warned.
"Iran has helped us for 43 years, and is still fighting to liberate the land," he concluded.
Qassem's comments come after the head of the Lebanese delegation to the ceasefire and disarmament committee, Simon Karam, stated earlier on Monday that Hezbollah has not given any information about its weapons and facilities to the Lebanese Armed Forces, Al Arabiya cited.
IDF carries out strikes on Hezbollah terrorists, infrastructure, in southern Lebanon
Meanwhile, the IDF struck a Hezbollah terrorist near Tyre in southern Lebanon on Monday, the military confirmed.
Earlier on Monday, the military stated that it struck Hezbollah's weapon storage facilities and military infrastructure at several terror sites across southern Lebanon during an operation on Sunday.
This included a base used by Hezbollah's Radwan Force to "advance terror attacks against the IDF and State of Israel."
In addition, the military stated that it struck and killed Hezbollah's Head of Artillery, Muhammad al-Husseini, in the Azroun village in southern Lebanon on Sunday.
Husseini worked as a school teacher as well as operating as a terrorist, according to the military.
He was also working to restore the terror group's artillery abilities in the region and had advanced numerous terror attacks against the IDF and Israel.
The military also killed Jawad Basma, a Hezbollah terrorist operating at a weapons manufacturing site in a separate Sunday strike.
