The Shahar-On Board of Directors, headed by Attorney Gil Bar-Tal, Chairperson of Histadrut HaMa'of, announced the appointment of Sigalit Cohen-Baruch as CEO of Shahar-On Management Services Ltd., CEO of the Association for Professional Advancement, and the "Shelcha" and "Shelcha for Retirees" consumer clubs.
Cohen-Baruch, 56, a mother of two sons, has been with Shahar-On for 23 years, during which she has held a wide range of positions and managed key areas and strategic projects.

Shahar-On manages the well-known and popular consumer clubs "Shelcha" and "Shelcha for Retirees," which offer their members leisure activities, culture, trips, lectures, and unique benefits. It also manages the professional-social advancement associations, which focus on professional empowerment, courses, training, and workshops for employees and retirees.
