Russia's Lavrov 'ready' to meet with Rubio for Ukraine talks, refuses to abandon Kremlin conditions
The Kremlin on Friday dismissed Western media reports that Lavrov had fallen out of favor with Putin after plans for a summit in Budapest collapsed.
