Collectors of Jewish history will soon have a rare opportunity to acquire some of the most significant pieces of Zionist, Israeli, and Jewish memorabilia ever assembled in a single charity auction, with proceeds supporting the global fight against antisemitism.
The online auction, organized by the Combat Antisemitism Movement (CAM) in partnership with Curio Auctions, features an extensive collection of authentic historical artifacts spanning centuries of Jewish history, Zionism, and the State of Israel. The initiative aims to transform collectors' passion for history into tangible support for efforts to counter growing antisemitism around the world.
The "United Front Against Jew-Hatred Charity Auction" includes items connected to some of the defining moments and personalities of modern Jewish history, ranging from early Zionist documents and rare Israeli statehood memorabilia to ceremonial Judaica and military artifacts.
Items include an official DC comic page showing Superman fighting antisemitism, a 1944 English-language YIVO edition of The Battle of the Warsaw Ghetto, a March for Soviet Jewry poster signed by Natan Sharansky, a unique artistic painting of Herzl’s Vision on the Balcony by Menashe Kadishman, a rare Mossad Kidon Unit medal, and a Six-Day War monument architect’s draft design hand-signed by three late Israeli prime ministers, Menachem Begin, Yitzhak Rabin and Golda Meir,
According to CAM, every bid helps fund its international work combating antisemitism through research, education, legislation, municipal initiatives and partnerships with governments and civil society organizations worldwide.
"This is more than an auction," CEO of CAM Sacha Roytman Dratwa said. "These are authentic heirlooms that can inspire families for generations while supporting the mission of creating a world where Jews can live without fear."
Among the highlights are items associated with some of the giants of Jewish and Zionist history, including rare pieces connected to Theodor Herzl, early Zionist organizations, pre-state Israel and the formative years of the Jewish state.
The catalog also contains ceremonial Judaica, historic photographs, manuscripts, military memorabilia, posters, medals and documents that trace the story of Jewish perseverance from the Diaspora through the rebirth of Jewish sovereignty.
The auction comes amid a period of sharply rising concern over antisemitism worldwide. Since the October 7, 2023 Hamas attacks and the subsequent war, Jewish communities across North America, Europe, Australia and elsewhere have reported significant increases in antisemitic incidents, prompting governments and Jewish organizations to expand efforts to address the phenomenon.
CAM has emerged as one of the organizations seeking to coordinate those efforts internationally, working with elected officials, mayors, educators and community leaders while producing research on antisemitic trends and advocating for stronger policy responses.
Unlike many charity auctions that focus primarily on fundraising, the CAM initiative places historical preservation at its center. Each artifact tells part of the broader story of Jewish continuity, resilience and national revival, allowing collectors not only to preserve pieces of history but also to support contemporary efforts to safeguard Jewish communities.
For collectors of Israeliana and Judaica, the auction represents an unusually broad offering of museum-quality material made available through a charitable initiative rather than a traditional commercial sale.
The auction is open online, allowing bidders from around the world to participate.
CAM says it hopes the initiative will demonstrate that preserving Jewish history and protecting the Jewish future are inseparable goals, enabling supporters to contribute to both through the acquisition of rare historical treasures.
