SEA ONE is the first project of its kind in Israel, catering to people aged 60 and over, for whom retirement is still a distant concept. Activities don’t end in the morning: fill your days with concept meetings, workshops, lectures, jazz nights, or salon talks, all with the backdrop of a stunning sea view. The magical sports and wellness floor features an indoor pool and a spa complete with indulgent treatments, offering a focus on preventative medicine and guidance on healthy living.

In the culinary field, the resort offers an unparalleled variety of options, including private dining areas with a sea view, exclusively for club members. Oren-Nahmias states, "In the food and beverage sector, we offer a culinary complex located on the promenade below the resort, featuring some 40 restaurants and cafes, from street food to meticulous fine dining. Whether you're in the mood for a quick burger or a relaxing boutique coffee, you’ll find it on your doorstep."

In addition to the culinary complex, the resort's seafront private culinary experiences are available to residents and their guests: a restaurant, wine bar, pool and terrace bars; a business lounge area, event hall, and a Grab & Go section await your pleasure.

A VARIETY OF OFFICES & WORKSPACES

The SEA ONE concept, which addresses both the need for company and the need for privacy, also dictated the various workspace options.  A shared workspace offers the choice of working at a large table with others or at smaller tables in the business club, complete with meeting rooms and private spaces suitable for Zoom calls.   

Refreshments, such as high-quality fruit platters and sandwiches, are available for ordering. In addition, for a monthly fee, SEA ONE also provides sea-view private spaces, with attached bathrooms and showers, that can function as personal offices or clinics.

CULTURE AND SOCIAL CLUB

A desire to create opportunities for social gatherings, while ensuring that hospitality areas are welcoming, intimate, and open to spectacular views, underlies the design of the entire resort.  Seating areas in different styles, all with sections open to patio gardens or the sea, create intimacy and secluded privacy.

SEA ONE embraces the philosophy that every activity has the potential for enriching encounters with interesting people. Therefore, seating in lecture and event halls is at small tables, creating a relaxed and pleasant "lecture at the bar" atmosphere to foster conversation.
