Avnei Derech Group announces that it has received a building permit for a new project in the Shikmim neighborhood of Be’er Ya’akov, in “Complex B,” one of the most developing and attractive residential areas in central Israel. As part of the project, 133 new residential units will be built in three buildings, spread across two structures: a 25-story residential tower with 93 units, and a textured building comprising two boutique 8-story buildings, each with 20 units. The project is designed by architect Ilan Levi, and construction work is expected to begin in the coming days.
The project will also include a spacious green park for the residents’ enjoyment, underground parking, storage rooms, and more. Currently, the company has started marketing and offers a wide variety of apartments for sale, ranging from 3-room apartments to penthouses and large 6-room apartments suitable for families at different stages of life. The price of a 3-room apartment of 80 sqm with a 12 sqm balcony starts from NIS 2,650,000.
The project is located at the entrance to the new neighborhood in Be’er Ya’akov, close to major traffic routes, leading educational institutions, and adjacent to a large green park, offering residents a high quality of life.
Hana Schwartz, Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Avnei Derech Group, explains:
“Be’er Ya’akov is experiencing tremendous development and offers a sense of community and rural intimacy alongside urban services. It represents a reasonable price alternative compared to what is happening in the center and offers a variety of housing options suitable for different needs of diverse audiences."
