In the heart of the Psagot Afek neighborhood in western Rosh HaAyin, construction work is beginning on one of the city’s most ambitious ventures - an integrated project of commerce, employment, and housing by Rami Levy Real Estate, designed by V5 Architects. The complex is being built in two locations on both sides of Shabazi Street, the neighborhood’s main thoroughfare, and is expected to become a lively urban hub.

The first complex includes a commercial and employment building covering an area of approximately 11,000 square meters. On the ground floor, a street-level commercial area has been planned with active facades along its entire length, and above it, six modular and flexible office floors designed to suit businesses of various sizes.

The first commercial floor will feature open balconies, and the roof level will include a spacious terrace for events and gatherings. The building was designed as a prominent architectural element - an “environmental sculpture” set to become a new landmark in the neighborhood. Work began after receiving excavation and shoring permits.

According to Shir Garfield, Marketing Manager at Rami Levy Real Estate: “From the very first moment, we saw this project as an extraordinary opportunity to create a vibrant, beating heart of commerce, employment, and housing in the middle of the Psagot Afek neighborhood. In our view, this is not just another real estate project but a place that will connect people, attract new businesses, and help create a new urban center in Rosh HaAyin.”

The second complex, currently in its final planning stages, will include a commercial podium with three residential buildings above it - two with five floors and one with nine floors, for a total of 80 housing units. The apartments will range from large garden apartments to penthouses and mini-penthouses, all with high-quality finishes and meticulous design. The buildings will form a green, intimate courtyard for residents, enabling community gatherings in a quiet atmosphere.

Architect Tali Darel, a partner at V5 Architects and the project’s lead designer: “We aimed to create something different - architecture with presence, something you can feel in the street. A project that not only meets functional needs but also creates an aesthetic, urban, and community experience. The buildings we are designing are an inseparable part of the surroundings - but they also give it a new identity.”
