Kiryat Yam continues to undergo rapid renewal, with the Yehuda Levi Group leading a large-scale urban regeneration project on 14-20 Ben Zvi Street. This is a significant initiative in the heart of a longstanding neighborhood, set to transform its character and improve the quality of life for local residents.
As part of the project, four old buildings comprising 64 residential units will be demolished, and in their place, three multi-story residential towers will be constructed. The new construction will include about 256 new apartments, built to a high standard of planning and execution.
The new towers will offer residents a modern living experience, featuring underground parking, luxurious lobbies, smart elevators, expansive green spaces, and high accessibility to schools, transportation, cultural institutions, and recreational facilities.
According to Avi Levi, CEO of the Yehuda Levi Group: “The project offers a modern residential experience, full urban convenience, and easy access to transportation routes, education, culture, and leisure. Beyond getting a new apartment, this is an opportunity to join a renewed, youthful, and vibrant neighborhood.”
This is part of a broader urban renewal plan for the area. In total, approximately 955 new residential units are expected to be built in the complex. Kiryat Yam, once primarily associated with old housing blocks, is now establishing itself on the urban renewal map of the Haifa Bay area, with metropolitan-scale projects.
