Israel’s coastline is limited, and with every passing year, the number of properties facing the sea continues to shrink. A view of the Mediterranean from your window is becoming increasingly rare. Scientific studies have already proven that living with a sea view enhances quality of life, reduces stress, and leads to greater happiness.

Many people in Israel and around the world dream of living right by the sea, just a touch away from Tel Aviv - but for most, this has become an expensive and unattainable fantasy. Yet there is still one place in Israel where this dream can come true - Park HaYam (Sea Park).

This is a surprising mega-neighborhood of around 4,000 apartments, rising in the southwestern part of Bat Yam. It is rebranding the city, which is located right next to Tel Aviv and shares the same shoreline. Bat Yam’s municipality isn’t afraid to aim high and has labeled this neighborhood in its publications as "the most desirable and prestigious complex in the Gush Dan region” - thanks to its combination of a green, modern, and well-planned community with an optimal and accessible location along the coastline and promenade. The “Sea View Park,” located at the heart of the neighborhood, will stretch across 10 hectares and will offer panoramic sea views and natural dune landscapes.

Families from higher socio-economic backgrounds are now discovering this mega-neighborhood, which is winning the hearts of many. Jewish families from around the world, including those from the US and Europe, are also increasingly drawn to this location. And for good reason: It offers a convenient, affordable alternative that maintains high standards comparable to those in neighboring Tel Aviv.

This is one of the last remaining stretches of coastal land where a new neighborhood is being built - one that includes everything: top-tier educational institutions, community centers, commercial areas, and even hotels. It’s like a self-sufficient island - and an ecological one at that. For example, waste disposal is done underground.

Living in Bat Yam means living in Tel Aviv. It’s only about 15 minutes from Tel Aviv’s entertainment centers, and the greatest advantage: The Red Line train already operates from the neighborhood, running every few minutes to central Tel Aviv, Neve Tzedek, Rothschild Boulevard, Sarona, and Ramat Gan’s business district.

The neighborhood is also located along major traffic routes - Ayalon Highway and Route 431 toward Jerusalem, and close to the new road leading to Rishon LeZion. Mayor Tzvika Brot is even planning an artificial island right across from here.

A Perfect Lifestyle

We chose the Sea&Park project by the Tzarfati Shimon Group, which offers a lifestyle surrounded by a large green park, an ecological pool, and abundant greenery, just 500 meters from the sea.

Designed by world-renowned architect Sami Tito, the project includes four 23-story towers with a total of 350 diverse residential units. According to Tito, great care was taken to maintain a north Tel Aviv-level standard, right by the sea, in what is perhaps the most modern neighborhood today. "Come live in a home that has it all," he says.

The apartment mix includes 3-5, alongside luxurious penthouses.

The second phase of the project is now being marketed after hundreds of units were sold to high-quality buyers - the kind of neighbors anyone would be happy to live near. In total, around 600 units will be built by Tzarfati Shimon in the project.

Amenities include a cutting-edge residents’ club for social and family events, a fully-equipped fitness center, and an open-space lounge with computer stations. The project features an advanced pneumatic waste removal system. (Buyers can also customize elements such as kitchen finishes and flooring in coordination with leading suppliers.)

So just say Sea Park, say Sea&Park - and chances are, you’ve found the right address.
